What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in: From 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
If you need a little extra time on departure day, please let reception know (subject to availability), and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. On arrival, we will pre-authorise your card for £50 for a single-night stay or £100 for multiple nights.

Is there a car park on-site?
Yes, we have ample free parking available for guests.

Is there a dress code at the Hotel or in the Restaurants?
We’re relaxed and informal in style, so there’s no strict dress code. When dining in our 1554 Brasserie, many guests enjoy dressing up a little, but the choice is entirely yours.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes! Well-behaved dogs over the age of one are warmly welcomed.
- Cost: £30 per dog, per night.
- Limit: Maximum of two dogs per room.
- Extras: A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
Please note that dogs cannot be left unattended in rooms.

What is your cancellation policy?
Flexible Room Cancellation:
- Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card.
- To avoid cancellation or no-show charges (equivalent to the first night’s rate plus taxes), please contact us before 2:00 PM local time, 72 hours prior to arrival.
Restaurant Cancellation:
- A credit card is required to confirm your restaurant booking (unless you’re staying with us).
- Modifications or cancellations should be emailed to alfriston@signet.ltd.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a charge of £10 per person.
