Join us for a series of inspiring Wellbeing Day Retreats
Designed to nurture body, mind and spirit, our wellbeing days combine nutrition and health coaching workshops, gentle yoga, nourishing food and relaxing spa experiences, all set within the peaceful surroundings of our boutique hotel and spa. You are welcome to join for the full wellbeing day, including yoga, nutrition and health workshop, lunch and spa time, or simply choose the part that suits you best. Each element is bookable individually, giving you the flexibility to create your perfect wellness experience.
Daisy Booth, our Spa Manager, is a certified yoga teacher, nutritionist, and health coach. With over 15 years of experience leading bespoke yoga retreats in the UK and abroad, she blends expert knowledge with a deep commitment to holistic wellbeing. Daisy brings warmth, practical insight, and a supportive approach to every session, thoughtfully crafting experiences that inspire sustainable habits, nurture vitality, and cultivate balance. Her genuine dedication and passionate guidance create a welcoming space where guests can rediscover harmony in body, mind, and spirit.

Daily Schedule
- 9:30 to 10:30 am: Morning Yoga (all levels)
- 10:30 to 10:45 am: Optional Spa Tour
- 11:00: Group Health & Nutrition Coaching Workshop- Interactive session with practical tips, group discussion, with drink and light snack at the start
- 12:30 to 2:00 pm: Healthy 2-course set Lunch
- 2:00 to 4:30 pm: Spa Access (sauna, steam room, outdoor pool, etc.)
